Kimberly Cardeccia, a licensed professional counselor with a Master’s in Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Physical Education, integrates a lifetime of equestrian expertise with a transformative approach to personal development and compassionate leadership.
Through her innovative method, Inner Journey Horsemanship, she partners with horses
to facilitate confidence-building and refine personal leadership styles. With over 40 years of experience with horses, and 15 years in equine facilitated self-growth, Kimberly fosters authentic partnerships, inspiring brighter, bolder lives. Her dedication extends to mentoring horse owners and equine facilitators, emphasizing the profound wisdom horses offer in healing and personal development.
